Lecture at Railroad Museum Feb 10 & Feb 14

Brown Bag Lecture: Lessons Learned During My 38 years with the Railroad by Arturo Diaz

Tuesday, February 10 @ 12 noon at the Las Cruces railroad Museum

Las Cruces, NM - The Las Cruces Railroad Museum will host a lecture on Tuesday, February 10 and again on Saturday, February 14. Arturo Diaz will talk about “Lessons Learned during My 38 years with the Railroad”. Mr. Diaz retired after 38 years working on the railroad and will discuss his career working for the Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe and then the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroads. Mr. Diaz’ experiences ranged from telegraph operator, to relief agent, to engineer, to engineer trainer. Mr. Diaz retired in 2002 and lives in Las Cruces.
